Our story

From the Land of Camp de Masque...

Our story begins in the lush eastern lands of Mauritius, where mountains, fertile soil, and the quiet rhythm of nature shaped Georgina’s earliest inspirations. Among coffee shrubs planted by her grandfather and later tended by her father, she learned to observe nature closely and appreciate the richness of ingredients grown with patience and care. Years later, those handpicked coffee beans inspired her first skincare creations. What began as formulations for family and friends revealed soothing properties that helped calm redness and comfort stressed skin.

...to the Shores of Tamarin

In 2020, after the birth of her baby boy during a global health crisis, Georgina turned her private passion into a professional mission. Concerned by conventional baby skincare formulas, she set out to create gentler, safer, and more respectful care for delicate skin. Her first professional creation was a nourishing hydrating cream inspired by Monoi, offering comfort, nutrition, and a light dry-touch finish. She also developed products to support her mother’s skin during difficult treatments. After three years of research and development, NaturaBaie Laboratoire was officially co-founded as a family venture, inspired by the serenity of Tamarin Bay.

In line with International Organization for Standardization ISO 16128, natural ingredients are derived from plant, mineral, microbial, or responsibly sourced natural origins, including approved physical or simple transformation processes.
